Well whip off my skirt and call me Cheryl...it's that time of the year again.
In living rooms around the country Brits will be happily sitting pointing and laughing, egged on by Terry Wogan’s cheeky commentary, and we'll be blogging every step of the way.

Eurovision is a celebration of all that’s silly, camp and over-the-top, where families can sit down together and laugh at the odd people from over the sea.
We’ll be running a live blog of the whole night from our Eurovision party, commenting on every act as it’s on, and we’d love you to join the party and add your comments as events unfold. It’s a bit of a first for us, so log on at 8pm GMT on Saturday and give your views.

With all the Eastern European countries voting for each other, there should be two separate shows, one for Eastern Europe and the other for Western Europe...then we might stand a chance!

I guess that’s all it amounts to. In any case, I believe that the class struggle is no longer the central problem. The real issue is survival.

Here we go again, Jade. Another win for Eastern Europe. I didn't finish my point in my earlier post when I suggested two separate shows. The winners of each show (Eastern and Western Europe) should then face each other in a 'sing-off'. The only problem would be to decide where to draw the line between the two Europes. Personally, I would put Finland in Eastern Europe and Norway in Western Europe.
