The last ever Icicle Works gig...for free, this weekend...

The Icicle Works have only just made a come back, but now it seems they’re already going back into retirement.

Tomorrow night there will be a final celebration with a free concert to thank fans for all their support.
Ian McNabb explains: “We're playing the last ever Icicle Works show at the Zanzibar this Saturday.
“I brought the band out of mothballs for our 25th anniversary and now it's time to lay it to rest with this free concert for our fans to show gratitude for their support over the years.
“After this concert I will return to using my given name and continue as a solo artist, something which I have done successfully for the last 17 years.
“Doors open at 8pm so make sure you're there early to gain admission. Expect a two hour show, a proper party and all the hits.
