Crosby will be buzzing with live tunes this weekend as the town's annual music festival returns in style.

Now in its 11th year, the four-day free event promises to be the biggest yet with more than 50 live acts lined up.

For the first time, the musical showcase includes an outdoor performance stage in the village centre as more and more top musicians scramble to get involved.

Bands including Gideon Conn, The Diesel Fitters, Endbutt Lane, The Rioteurs, The Popular Nobodys and Bulmankanka will perform their own original music in Moor Lane over the Bank Holiday weekend.
On Sunday, check out The Boohoos playing the Blues Bar at 5pm and Harrison Drive headlining Stamps Bar at 10.30 p.m.

As usual, the Crosby pubs and bars will also feature an impressive range of live music with thousands of punters enjoying the festival atmosphere.
