Duke Special is kicking off his UK tour at Barfly following a European tour with The Divine Comedy and appearance on Later with Jools Holland. It will be his first ever full-band, headline show and promises to be something special. Have a look at him below, and for tickets contact The Barfly on 0870 907 0999.

On Thursday Cheshire lads The Palominos will be bringing a touch of rock to Birkenhead when they play Hotel California's Loaded night. If their Korova gig a few weeks ago is anything to go by, it will be a great night. To find out more see http://www.myspace.com/thepalominos
On Sunday Grace (pictured below) play the Academy. They've had some great tips - their debut single Stand Still was in The Sunday Times Top 40 Songs of the Year and comes highly recommended by Zane Lowe and Jo Whiley. Their second single Wonderful will be out on March 5.

Today's top tracks:
Ruby - Kaiser Chiefs
About Your Dress - The Maccabees
Tired of Being Alone - Al Green
Midnight Train To Georgia - Gladys Knight and the Pips
Blowin' In The Wind - Bob Dylan
